The law office also deals with legal matters of clients (natural and legal persons) in individual cases - according to concluded contracts on the provision of legal assistance and on the basis of power of attorney.

It represents clients in the recovery of receivables (out-of-court, court, execution), founding companies, exercising the rights of partners and shareholders, organizing general meetings and negotiations, settling business disputes, negotiating contracts, training employees, processing internal regulations, etc.
